i usually sleep so well.  i've never tossed and turned so much that i woke up before i needed to.  im used to sleeping like a baby.
and then there are mornings like today where i am up before the sun.  actually, it's never been like this until -- well, today.
i take this to mean that i am and adult (and that i shouldnt eat a del taco spicy chicken quesadilla just before bed)
